About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional to join us. This position provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director and appointed senior executives, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and operational efficiency across the Company.
Job Responsibilities
Provide full spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management team.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and make detailed travel and logistics arrangements.
Prepare, review, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal documents.
Handle confidential information, corporate documents, and compliance files with the highest integrity.
Liaise confidently with internal departments, business partners, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma holder.
Minimum 10 years’ administrative or secretarial experience, including at least 3 years in a sizeable organization.
Proven ability to provide executive-level support with professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to meet and deal with all levels of colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
2. Account Manager (1-year contract)
Job Responsibilities
Report to Director – Financial Lines & Corporates and will be assist to serve major corporate accounts mainly in general insurance.
Ensure quality service delivery to clients including answering enquiries, preparing quotations/proposals, presentations, and providing after-sales service.
Maintain good relationship and well communication with clients, underwriters and business partners.
Job Requirements
8 years or above working experience in general insurance field. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Deputy Account Manager.
Diploma or above. Preferable graduate in risk management or insurance aspect.
Holder of professional qualifications in Insurance (like CII or ANZIIF etc.) would be an asset.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint applications.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Integrity, sincere and pleasant character.
Good interpersonal, strong communication skills and caring of team work.
3. Macau Branch Manager, Macau Branch Office
Job Responsibilities
Report to Head Office in Hong Kong and supervise our Macau Branch's all-round daily operations with P&L responsibilities;
Formulate business plans and implement sales strategies plan to drive sales performance and improve sales productivity;
Develop business through proactive solicitation and relationship building with clients;
Provide total solutions to clients on risk management and insurance management matters.
Job Requirements
Macao SAR Resident Identity Card (BIR) holder is a must;
Diploma or above;
At least 7 years working experience in general insurance, preferably in broker field;
Holder of insurance qualification by ACII or ANZIIF or registered insurance salesman under AMCM;
Meet with requirements of the regulator AMCM and approved by them as our Branch Manager;
Result-oriented with a strong will to achieve business success;
Good leadership, communication and analytical skill;
Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
4. Assistant Account Manager, Employee Benefits
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Assistant Account Director, Employee Benefits for major corporate account servicing and business development in employee benefits categories
Service delivery to clients including preparation of underwriting specifications, assisting in producing client proposals, analysis and presentations as required and providing assistance regarding client account issues
Job Requirements
At least 4 years working experience in employee benefits field, preferably in a broker firm.
Marketing and placement experience in Group Medical Insurance, Group Life Insurance and MPF scheme are preferable
Experience in claims services is an advantage
Degree or diploma holder. Holder of FLMI qualification / achievement in LOMA examination is preferred
Knowledge in MS Excel, power bi and PowerPoint applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong leadership, communication , analytical & time management skills
Provide high quality broking services to existing and potential corporate clients
Achieve business growth by penetration from current portfolio and new prospects
Liaise with insurers and service providers to ensure smooth renewal process
Service delivery to client includes claims data analytics and proposal
Support special projects assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements
Diploma or above with 7-10 years working experience in Employee Benefits field, preferably from insurance broking or insurance company. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for post of Account Manager, Employee Benefits)
Passed IIQE Paper I,II, III, IV & IIV are preferrable.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Effective Interpersonal skills, analytics and negotiation skills
Attend client meeting, employee briefing session, group event and industry event
Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
6. Executive Trainees
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will undergo on-the-job training and assists the team to serve the insurance needs of our corporate accounts.
He/She will take up project works, attend various onand off-the-job training and will be under direct coaching by the Senior Executives.
Duties include preparation of quotation, assisting in producing client proposals, product comparison and claims analysis and day-to-day accountservicing.
Job Requirements
Fresh university graduates or graduates with 1-2 years working experience are welcome.
Pass in Paper 1,2,3,5 of IIQE would be an asset.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Mature, presentable and self-motivated with confidence
Critical thinking, strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills
