Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and claims performance.
• Support data cleansing, validation, and integration from multiple sources (e.g. claims data, policy data, market reports).
• Prepare clear, professional, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, tenders, and renewals.
• Translate analytical findings into practical insights that support insurance recommendations.
• Participate as a member of the consultancy team in supporting the design and delivery of insurance solutions to clients.
• Prepare client insight packs, benchmarking analyses, and summary materials ahead of meetings.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Canva.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Passed IIQE Paper I and II are preferrable.
• High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Report to the Director – International Business and Corporates and assist in the growth of the insurance book of Nova Driesassur division, with a range of diverse insurance including General Insurance and Specialist Line such as Jewellery Block Insurance. 
• Identify, report and deliver business opportunities in the target market.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above with 7-10 years working experience in Employee Benefits field, preferably from insurance broking or insurance company. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for post of Account Manager, Employee Benefits)
• Passed IIQE Paper I,II, III, IV & IIV are preferrable.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Effective Interpersonal skills, analytics and negotiation skills
• Attend client meeting, employee briefing session, group event and industry event

• The candidate will undergo on-the-job training and assists the team to serve the insurance needs of our corporate accounts.
• He/She will take up project works, attend various onand off-the-job training and will be under direct coaching by the Senior Executives.
• Duties include preparation of quotation, assisting in producing client proposals, product comparison and claims analysis and day-to-day accountservicing.

Job Requirements

• Fresh university graduates or graduates with 1-2 years working experience are welcome.
• Pass in Paper 1,2,3,5 of IIQE would be an asset.
