Job Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of General Insurance claims, primarily Property, Liability, Employees' Compensation and Motor claims, from notification through to settlement.
• Review policy coverage and claims documentation, and advise clients on coverage, procedures and required documents.
• Advocate in clients' best interests on coverage and quantum, review settlement calculations, and negotiate timely settlements.
• Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Monitor claim progress and proactively drive the resolution of outstanding claims.
• Prepare claims reports, loss analyses and management information to support renewals and risk management.
• Use digital and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, data analysis and client service.
• Contribute to process improvement, best practices and the guidance to other team members.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or holder of a professional insurance qualification (e.g. ACII or ANZIIF).
• Minimum 5 years' relevant General Insurance claims experience with an insurance broker, insurer or loss adjuster, with solid experience in Property, Liability, Employees' Compensation and Motor claims. Exposure to other commercial or specialty insurance lines would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures and claims negotiation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client servicing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities, with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Able to use digital and AI-powered tools.
• Good written English and Chinese; fluent spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Report to Director – Financial Lines & Corporates and will be mainly responsible for General Insurance Program for corporates and SME.
• Ensure quality service delivery to clients including answering enquiries, preparing quotations/proposals, presentations, and providing after-sales service.

Job Requirements

• 8 years or above working experience in general insurance field. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Account Manager.
• Diploma or above. Preferable graduate in risk management or insurance aspect.

 Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and claims performance.
• Support data cleansing, validation, and integration from multiple sources (e.g. claims data, policy data, market reports).
• Prepare clear, professional, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, tenders, and renewals.
• Translate analytical findings into practical insights that support insurance recommendations.
• Participate as a member of the consultancy team in supporting the design and delivery of insurance solutions to clients.
• Prepare client insight packs, benchmarking analyses, and summary materials ahead of meetings.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Canva.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Passed IIQE Paper I and II are preferrable.
• High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above with 7-10 years working experience in Employee Benefits field, preferably from insurance broking or insurance company. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for post of Account Manager, Employee Benefits)
• Passed IIQE Paper I,II, III, IV & IIV are preferrable.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
